Alieesha Thomass is a highly experienced Human Resources Director with over two decades of expertise in Strategic HR across multiple industries, including IT, ITES, KPO, Manufacturing, and Petrochemicals. She has worked with start-ups to large conglomerates and has a proven track record of building HR organizations from scratch. Alieesha is skilled in Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance Management, Organizational Design, Organizational Development and Transformation, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, and Leadership Coaching and Development. She has set up Global Shared Services for two start-ups and scaled teams up to 10x and 40x respectively while establishing all HR practices from scratch. With extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, Alieesha has led large projects on a global scale for Cultural Transformation and Organizational Development. She has worked on six mergers with a combined deal value of $1.8 Billion. Alieesha holds a double master's degree, including a Masters in Industrial Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, along with several HR certifications from HRCI & SHRM. Her education history includes a PGDBM in HR & International Business from Nichols College. Currently, Alieesha is the Human Resources Director - Asia at Axens, where she leads HR operations for the region. She has previously served as the Human Resources Director - India at Axens and as the Director of Human Resources at Heurtey Petrochem. With 21.27 years of relevant experience, Alieesha is a strong human resources professional with a deep understanding of the HR landscape. She is passionate about building strong HR teams and driving organizational growth through effective HR strategies.
